Emily Jenkins, M.A., RBT
Training Coordinator
Emily began her career as an RBT in 2016 while completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Kaplan University. After graduating shortly after undergrad Emily began her journey in her graduate program at Purdue Global University at the end of 2016 and graduated with her master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in ABA in 2019. She started working with Endeavor at the end of 2017 as an RBT and intern in the Foundations program when she developed an unmatched passion with training staff and learning about assessments while seeing all the clients grow and reach milestones.
Emily briefly spent time in the school district for a year heading up the behavioral inclusion classroom to have the opportunity to see the other side of ABA. After the year she decided that the clinic setting is where her passion remains and continues to grow to work with individuals on the spectrum. She is dedicated to step in at any point to offer her skills she has obtained in her educational and professional career. Emily is now serving as Endeavor’s Training Director, she heads the Training Specialist team, collaborates with the BCBA team, and closely working with staff members to better support the clients across the clinic. Emily takes New hires and current RBT’s through on boarding and continued education to ensure that training from the very beginning of their journey is conducted for each client with integrity and high quality.
