Cara Hogue, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Program Specialist for Early Childhood Program
Cara first began her career in ABA while receiving her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, where she volunteered as a behavioral therapist for the Connecting the Dots program within the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities. After finishing her undergraduate degree, she came to Endeavor to gain more hands-on experience in the field and found her passion for learning, teaching, and providing life-changing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Cara completed her Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis on Austism Spectrum Disorder through Ball State University, and completed her supervision while working in the Early Childhood Intervention program (ECI) at Endeavor. “Working with our clients and their families has been the biggest blessing; it’s given me the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals with special needs and has given me the gift of fulfilling my purpose through a dedication to their happiness and growth”.
In 2024, after five years at Endeavor, Cara became a BCBA and continues to fulfill her passion by focusing on training staff, supporting families, and teaching verbal behavior to the clients in ECI.
