Brianna Banks, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Program Specialist for ECI Program
Brianna is a Houston Native who has been with Endeavor for two years. Brianna began her career with children diagnosed with autism as a volunteer coordinator for The Council for Exceptional Children. She loved working with this population so much, she decided to start a career in the field of behavior analysis.
After earning her undergraduate degree from Brianna joined Endeavor serving as an Intern and Case Manager for the Early Childhood Intervention Program (ECI). After graduating from the Behavior Analysis Program at UHCL she gracefully took on the role as Program Specialist for ECI.
During her time at Endeavor and throughout her graduate career she was a member of the Behavior Analysts for Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity (BADIE) lab. She is also the co-author of the BADIE Mentorship program that takes place at University of Houston Clear Lake. She hopes to continue to mentor young people of color to pursue behavior analysis throughout her career.
Outside of work Brianna loves traveling and trying out diverse restaurants in the Houston area.
