Tia Boyett, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Program Specialist for Foundations Program
With five years of dedicated experience in the field, Tia brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for enhancing behavioral health and development. Tia started her journey in the field while attending Xavier University of Louisiana where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2015. She later went on to pursue and obtain her master’s degree in Special Education – ABA at The University of Houston-Victoria in 2022. During her time in school, she worked in the private school sector, a residential institution for children with disabilities, and two other ABA clinics before joining the Endeavor team. Her journey in ABA has marked her commitment to evidence-based practices, innovative solutions, and a client-centered approach to yield positive outcomes.
Before her role as Program Specialist for the Foundations program, Tia honed her skills in various settings, including clinical environments, schools, and community programs. She stated, “I am excited to continue implementing effective behavior intervention plans, evaluate assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support our clients with diverse needs!”
